7 THINGS to make your Holidays Healthy and Energetic.

Do you want to make your holidays more energetic and healthy? Because you are mostly tired of weekly routine and now you are given with the holiday and like me you also want to cash your vacant in a productive and healthy way.
I am going to share some thrilling tips that you can use to implement on your vacant so let’s get started

Do something that you never did before:

May be there are many things to do in your plans that you never tried but why? It could be due to some engaging routines at office or at study. Now it’s the time to break the regular routine which make you bore and frustrated. For this consider the seven bullets below

1.       Go and Meet your friends:

Holidays are the best greeting times you can go to meet your friends because you are free and don’t you have to accomplish certain tasks
Go to market and but some food you never tried ever

2.       Make drawing and painting:
Now this idea will compel you to put your ideas on a paper. Take a pencil and just start from scratch; it will give you happiness or some kind of new feel, truly speaking as I often make paintings on my vacant.


3.       Do free writing:

 Write anything coming in your mind and take it as a brainstorming. At the end, try to give the main idea of your piece of writing or simply give it a title.

4.       Exercise is a plus:

When it comes to exercise then mood and choice are two things. Just choose for minimum exercise like sit ups jogging or even a 10 minutes walk  
 
5.       Goon on adventure with your friend:

I personally like to catch the fish but I am still trying to catch it, sounds funny because may be I don’t have enough skills like you so try it on upcoming holidays. 6.       Do some sports:

If available then it is the best thing you can do like football. Badminton etc playing a game with multiple players is really energetic and healthy.

It is the most important thing to do as holidays are to break the busy routines because you are not a machine, so take the rest till you feel relax.
